Florida resident files lawsuit against gaming subsidiary of software giant Microsoft

PALM BAY, FLORIDA(AP) -- Local resident Henry Penisbreath has gone public with information regarding his campaign against Microsoft for the abuse of his ten year old child Johnathan. A local news investigative report documented that the child was beaten and somewhat traumatized last week due to influences brought on by one of the developer's video game titles on the Xbox 360 gaming console. The man has sworn to see to it that his voice is heard in reference to the outrages committed to his son and has filed three different lawsuits to the video game developers involved in the incident. His claim is that Microsoft Studios developed content that lead him to beat his own son after playing the video game Halo: Reach last Thursday evening in his Florida home.
When asked to comment last Saturday, the man had stated that after a long video game playing session with his son, the game Halo influenced him to develop a snide attitude and poor sportsmanship after beating his father in the game repeatedly. "The little rascal only reacted naturally to the effects of the game and in turn I was forced to paddle his rear end. This behavior is completely due to the content that Microsoft and the developers of this game decided to implement in it." the man said to a local news reporter on Saturday.
